A solid, all-manual 35mm SLR with a classic feel. The OM-1N is compact and well-built, with a bright viewfinder and smooth controls. It’s simple to use once you get the hang of it — set your shutter speed, focus manually, and fire away.

The Zuiko 50mm f1.4 lens is nice and fast, great for low light and shallow depth of field. Sharp when stopped down, with a bit of character wide open.

The camera takes a battery for the light meter, but everything else is fully mechanical — so it'll still shoot even if the battery dies. Great for anyone wanting to learn the basics of manual exposure, or just shoot film the old-school way.
