Common questions
How do I get my photos to you?
Bring them on a phone, card or USB stick, or upload them online. Old prints, slides and negatives can be scanned first — see Services.
How long does it take?
Everyday sizes take about an hour, and most online orders are same day. Fine art prints take a couple of days.
Will my photo get cropped?
Sometimes — a phone photo isn't the same shape as a 6×4. We'll crop or add a white border, whichever you prefer, and show you first.
Is my photo big enough to print large?
Most recent phones print A3 easily. For A2 and A1 we check the file first and tell you if it won't hold up.
Can you print a size that isn’t on this list?
Yes. The fine art printer runs off a roll, so panoramas and odd shapes are easy, and we cut locket and wallet photos too. Bring the file — or the frame — in.
