We use Courier Post for all deliveries!

  • North Island – non-rural: Overnight delivery – NZ$6.50 per order
  • South Island – non-rural: 1–2 day delivery – NZ$6.50 per order
  • Rural: 2–5 day delivery – NZ$8.00 per order

Is it your first time shipping to us?

Sending your film to us is easy and stress-free. Here are two popular methods:

📦 NZ Post

  1. Go to: NZ Post Parcel Finder
  2. Enter our address:

  3. Use a small parcel bag (~11x22cm)
  4. ParcelPost is slower, Courier is faster and tracked

🚚 Trade Me Courier

  3. Tracked courier delivery only – quick & easy!

FAQ

⏱ How long will it take to get my film back?

  • Courier to us: Usually 1–3 working days
  • Standard post: Often a week or longer

Once we receive your film:

  • We usually process it the same day
  • Online scans: Sent out that same day
  • Return shipping: 1–3 days via Pass the Parcel

Regarding loss or damage
We take the utmost care of your photographic materials whilst on our premises.
Remember however that we do not have control of your images whilst in transit. We strongly recommend the use of a traceable courier service for pick-up and delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delivery of any materials sent to us via the postal system.

In the unlikely event that we misplace or damage your photographic materials, our liability shall be limited to the replacement of the equivalent unexposed film or unused media supplied.
