Canon PowerShot A3300 IS
Canon PowerShot A3300 IS
A tidy little 2011 compact that does the basics well. 16MP CCD, a 5x zoom starting at a usefully wide 28mm, and optical image stabilisation — which the cheaper A-series models skipped, so it holds up better handheld and in low light. Slim enough to pocket, simple enough to hand to anyone, and it comes complete with battery, charger and a card so it’s ready to shoot out of the box. Tested and working.
