Canon FT QL with Soligor 28mm f/2.8 Lens

Canon FT QL with Soligor 28mm f/2.8 Lens

Out of stock

Classic all-mechanical 35mm SLR from the mid-60s with a wide-angle prime - a tough, dependable film camera.

Key specs:

  • All-mechanical operation
  • Soligor 28mm f/2.8 wide-angle lens
  • Canon FL mount
  • Shutter speeds 1–1/1000s + B
  • QL (Quick Load) film system

Condition: The light meter isn't working. Good news is this doesn't stop you shooting - the FT is fully mechanical, so the shutter fires correctly at all speeds without the meter. You just set exposure yourself using an external meter, a phone app, or the Sunny 16 rule. Everything else functions as it should.

The FT QL was Canon's well-built enthusiast SLR from the FL-mount era - solid, reliable, and fully mechanical, so it fires at all speeds without a battery (the cell only powers the light meter). The QL "Quick Load" system makes film loading fast and foolproof, and the match-needle metering makes manual exposure easy to learn.
