One of the last of the CCD compacts, and quietly one of the more useful ones. The W510 came out in 2011 as an everyday point-and-shoot — slim, light enough to forget you're carrying it, and simple enough that you can hand it to anyone. It's the sensor that's brought these back into demand: a 12MP CCD gives you that slightly warm, contrasty digicam rendering rather than the over-smoothed look of a modern phone. Point it at good light and let iAuto sort the rest. Comes with battery and charger, so you just need a card.
