    Follow these simple steps to send your film to Camera House for processing:

    1. Select Your Preferred Options

    Choose from our available film processing services.
    Add any extras like high-resolution scans or prints.
    2. Place Your Order
    Complete your order and payment through our website.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation with your order number.
    3. Send Us Your Film
    Arrange for your preferred tracked courier to send your film to:

    👉 Include your name and order number with your film to help us match it to your order.
    4. We’ll Process and Return Your Film
    We aim to process your film the same day we receive it.
    If you’ve selected online transfer, you’ll receive the files that day.
    If you’ve selected return shipping, we’ll send your processed film back via Courier Post (1–3 working days).

    ✅ Use a tracked courier to avoid issues with lost or delayed film.

    ❌ We are not responsible for delayed, damaged, or lost film while in transit to us.

    🛡️ In the unlikely event your film is lost on the way back to you, we keep a digital copy for up to 1 month.
