The EOS 3000 (also sold as EOS 88 or Rebel 2000 in some markets) is Canon's entry-level autofocus SLR with program modes for easy shooting plus manual control when you want it. The 28-80mm zoom gives you a useful everyday focal range from wide to portrait length.
