I was very satisfied with my previous experiences. However, during my last order, something went wrong, and one of my films was lost. It may have been the postal company's fault, but I was very unhappy with the way the specialist handled the situation. They informed me that they only saw two films in the camera, yet said they would continue searching for the third film that the courier supposedly lost. It's unclear how they plan to do that, considering they only saw two films, and they never refunded me for the lost film's development.

Amazing service, the first company in four years who have been able to develop film off a janky inherited camera. Fast and friendly service, definitely recommend for any film developing!!

The process to order online and send off our disposable cameras for developing was seamless and we couldn't be happier with both the scanned and printed results. Super quick turn around too!

Had a film processed for a friend who found it while going though things.Received an email the same day it arrived at Camera House with the images attached. He explained that it looked like the camera had been opened exposing the film. Without asking, he refunded the cost to print and ship the prints.

Everything was perfect, Camera House is amazing and I love using them for buying my film and getting it developed!

First time using Camera House, I loved how they included an index of the images and what film was used. Made it easier for me to figure out which roll was which. Will continue to use them while I'm here in NZ.

I found the team at Camera House to be very friendly & helpful. I was unsure how to complete the online selections, so rang one of the team members who walked me through the process over the phone. l felt informed, as I received an email at every stage of the developing, from confirmation they had received my order to when they had ordered the courier to return my USB & negatives. The pictures were perfectly clear, as some mostly had been sitting in a cannister for nearly 21 years. I would highly recommend Camera House & their very helpful team.

This place is now my go-to for film developing. High quality and fast turnaround - my 35mm film arrived in the morning and the scans were ready by lunchtime!

Such an amazing team at Camera House. I send my film on an overnight courier, and by 4pm the next day I have them scanned to me via email. They are my go-to business for anything film, they even gave me some great advice when I was first starting out with film. Keep up the awesome work team!
